Emergency Boil Water Order in Effect

The presence of pathogenic microorganisms in public water has the health region putting the city under an emergency boil water order.

That means all residents are ordered to boil water before consuming.

The order was put in place after the presence of giardia and cryptosporidium eggs were found in samples provided by the city to the testing body.

Due to the order, we are asking students to come to school with a filled water bottle of their own until such time that the order is lifted.  We thank you for your cooperation.
