Please note that changes have once again been made to the track meet. A letter was sent home with the girls on Tuesday saying that the track meet will run on Thursday afternoon and all day on Friday. Due to the fabulous weather forecast, Thursdays schedule has now been moved to Monday, June 14th and Fridays schedule will stay as is.
A bus has been booked to transport the athletes to and from the track on Monday (pickup at 11:15am and return at 2:45pm). The girls are responsible for their rides to and from the track on Friday, June 11. The grade 10 students will once again be at the track all day on Friday to work the events.
Classes will proceed as normal for Monday. However, on Friday, there will be no classes and students not participating in the meet are asked to come to the track that day and help our teachers work their events (gain some service hours) and cheer on their Rivier classmates. If your daughter will not be attending the track meet, please be sure to call her absence in to the office.
